The Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security Industry is aimed at learners who want to apply for a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work legally as a door supervisor.
Based on the SIA’s own specifications and updated to meet the latest requirements, it has been developed by Highfield, the leading awarding organisation for security qualifications and written by some of the country’s leading security experts.
Note: To apply for a SIA Licence you will also require a current Emergency First Aid at Work certificate
Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor within the Private Security (Top-Up)
The Highfield Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor Private Security Industry (Top-Up) is for learners who currently hold a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work as a door supervisor and need to be brought up to date with the new licence-linked qualifications requirements.
Based on the SIA’s own specifications and updated (April 2021) to meet the latest requirements.

Our Conflict Management and resolution training has been designed to provide conflict management skills to anyone working in a customer facing role, deals with service users or the public in general.
